| To foster high diathesis talented people with innovative and practical ability is a basic goal of universities. Experiment teaching in universities is keeping close to engineering step by step and occupies a more and more important position in university teaching system.First of all, the actuality and disadvantages of experiment system in automation of university are analyzed. Based on the analysis results, an industrial measurement and control simulation system that is geared to the experiment teaching circumstance of universities and can be used for reference by other universities is pointed out. Following the first part, the system collectivity design, slaver system design, host system design and communication module design for the host and slaver are described.The system is made up by three parts: slaver machines, host machine and communication module. The two-stage DCS (DCS stands for Distributed Control System)is formed by slaver machines and host machine that are all IPCs(IPC stands for Industrial Personal Computer). The communication for the DCS is a host-slaver mode through RS-485 link. 1.The real-time ability and dependability are thought over for slaver system design. The DOS operating system is adopted for the slaver system and C language is used to program the MROS(Multi-task Real-time Operating System)that is used to schedule tasks, to sample, store and control analog signals and switch signals. In addition, two typical industrial control units are appended into the slaver system to demonstrate the variety of an industrial system. 2. ALL the functions of the host system are programmed by using VB6.0 to collect and display information from slaver system, to print report forms. The host system has some features: friendly interface and powerful function. The software module design ideal, function flow and login interface, main interface, system menu and function page are introduced. 3. The reliability and maintainability of the system are thought carefully when the communication module is designed, so RS-485 network standard and the intelligent communication controller are selected to manage the communication. The structure and function design of the communication module for slaver and host are described, the hardware and software anti-jamming method for the module are analyzed.Finally, the key works and main innovations of the industrial measurement and control simulation system are summarized, and the improvement on university experiment teaching reformation is also concluded. Meanwhile the deficiencies in this research are analyzed and the further development direction of the simulation system that is geared to the experiment teaching is pointed out. |
