Research Of Collaborative Product Innovation Service For Yong-Kang Hardware Region ASP

ASP has got a big attraction since it was introduced in early 1990s, as it canpromote industrialization of medium and small-sized manufacturing enterprises.Recently years, a series of ASP Public Service Platforms has been developed to satisfythe requirements of manufacturing industry chains and regional enterprises, and theyeffectively reduce the cost of collaboration in industry chain and configuration ofresources.With the development of information technology and experience of usage, ASPhas shown some trends such as standardization, grid-oriented integration, and theimportance of security and supported service of collaborative design is reinforced.Based on the characteristics of Yong-Kang Hardware Manufacturing Enterprisesand the developing trend of ASP, we made a deep research on the CollaborativeProduct Innovation-Design Service Oriented ASP for the Yong-Kang HardwareManufacturing Region. A Collaborative Product Innovation-Design supporting-serviceis introduced, and it consists of a Multi-model communication service and acollaborative design panel service.The Multi-model communication service provides a uniform platform forcommunication between various participants who join in the design process; and thecollaborative design panel service introduces a method to support the heterogeneousCAPP systems.At first, a systematic survey of ASP research and the background of this thesis aregiven, and then the study objectives and contents of this thesis are presented.Secondly, we analyze the architecture of Yong-Kang ASP Platform and describeeach function-level of this system. Then, we focus on the Collaborative ProductInnovation-Design supporting-service, and describe the characteristics, function andimplementation of the Multi-model communication service and the collaborativedesign panel service. And then, a model of service integration is introduced, which isbased on virtual-identity user operation management and pay management.Finally, the main research content in this thesis is concluded, and the future ofASP Public Service Platform is prospected.
