In order to ensure the use safety of pressure container, we must test the welded joint angularity and stagger joint. The instrument for measuring welded joint angularity and stagger joint based on capacitive displacement sensor has some advantages such as higher measuring accuracy, the digital display, being able to connect with computer and will be used instead of the mechanical reticle ruler. In order to guarantee the product quality and the expanded production scale, the key technology problem in the industrialization process should be solved. This paper mainly analyses the measuring principle error, the capacitive displacement sensor error, base ruler error and assembly error to laid a good foundation for the research of the key industrialization process. It also studies the craft of the base ruler shape grinding processing and improves the flatness and linearity of the base ruler processing. We has carried on the theoretical analysis and experiment explores for the craft of atmosphere protection heat treatment processing of the instrument for measuring welded joint angularity and stagger joint based on capacitive displacement sensor. Compared with old heat treatment processing, the new craft reduces the base ruler distortion greatly through nitrogen atmosphere protection heat treatment and improves the quality of the ruler obviously with no Oxide layer. We studies the assembling and testing processing of the instrument for measuring welded joint angularity and stagger joint based on capacitive displacement sensor to constitute the product examines regulations.
