With the development of the size and complexity of software system, how to choose software architecture has become a more important factor, compared with data structure and algorithms. Three-level client / server architecture, which provides a favorable framework for enterprise resources programming and conformity, has become the best choice for establishing information system of enterprise management. The frame structure of software has been developing with the updating of architecture. Nowadays, Java technology and NET technology, two different methods are commonly adopted in the field of multi-level application structure. With advantages and disadvantages, they are applied in different systems of different sizes. Compared with NET technology, Java technology possesses better portability and extensibility.WuJin Rural Commercial Bank is located in Changzhou city, a economically developed city in Jiangsu province.It mainly serves enterprises or institutions of villages and towns, as well as villagers for credit management. To enhance bank's operating efficiency and improve its competitiveness, it has become urgent how to utilize current resources in a better way and to enhance credit efficiency to work for economic development in countryside.Based on J2EE architecture, the thesis is to do reseach on the credit management system on separation of presentation logic and action logic with adoption of commonly-used Structs framework technology, Weblogic Server application technology and Oracle datebase technology. This system well adapts itself to the requirements of management control of modern business banks. With the help of modern computer technology, the system provides a new client / server platform, which realizes credit information sharing by restoring and dealing with credit data and recording clients'credit status. It provides practicable operation and management platform for credit, resulting in improved efficiency, reduced risk and better portability and extensibility.
