Study On The Network Communication Barriers And System Optimization Based On Information Eco_environment

In 21 century, with the development and broad application, information and knowledge become the important resources. The mode of informational communication which is the main method of acquiring information has changed a lot. Informational communication is that individuals carry on informational transformation, exchange and sharing through the common sign system. Although, internet informational communication does not change the intention and meaning of communication, it adopts the advanced internet technology and information technology, showing the vigorous trend of developing. Internet informational communication offers a more effective and convenient way of communication.Because the traits of internet are open and casual, the amount of internet informational resources increases quickly. Therefore, there are many problems existing on internet, such as, overflow of information, pollution of information, violation of information and the safe of internet. Under such internet informational eco-environment, there emerge many factors that hinder the informational communication. We call these factors and this phenomenon the barriers of informational communication. As we know, there are a few professors focus on the study, but they prefer to the traditional informational communicative barriers. Therefore, the study of internet informational communicative barriers is not systematic and deepened enough.This thesis based on the internet informational eco-environment, has a study on the barriers of internet informational communicative and systemic optimization.1. Basing on the informational communicative theory, this thesis put informational ecology theory and Information Warehouse into the analysis of internet informational communication and barriers, offering theoretic support for the study of internet informational communicative barriers.2. According to the particularity in internet informational communication, this thesis offers informational communicative comprehensive mode and carries out a deepened analysis.3. Putting the internet informational communication into the large system of social communicative, it analyses the forming mechanism of internet informational communicative barriers through dissipative system theory and offers several effective methods of solving the barriers in internet informational communication.This thesis analyzes the forming mechanism of internet informational communicative barriers from dissipative system theory, influences from internet informational eco-environment and every factor in the process of internet informational communication, in other words, from macroscopic, mediumic and microcosmic aspects. The main factors based on internet information eco-environment: the serious imbalance of informational eco-environment which includes the imbalance of distribution, information explosion, backward informational infrastructure and legislation. The main factors based on the process of internet informational communication: the barriers of informational communication, communicative technology of internet informational, intellectual property right and informational accomplishment. According to the analysis of the forming mechanism of internet informational communicative barriers, this thesis put forward the some optimized countermeasures, such as adjusting the informational eco-balance, improving the quality of informational personnel, offering new service methods and strengthening internet informational technology and so on. The optimized countermeasures offered in this thesis just can relieve the internet informational communicative barriers, and can not solve this problem absolutely. Internet communication as a new way of communication is inevitable to have some problems which will be conveyed with the development of internet communication and new requirement will be emerged. We must hold a serious attitude to the revealed problems which should be solved correctly, potential problems which should be on guard effectively and the new requirements which should be studied deeply.
