| Air Traffic Control (ATC) is an important part of national traffic transportation, and a stable groundwork for airspace security and aviation development. With the swift development of aviation, it is urgent to require this system to provide timely, exact and comprehensive information as well as control the whole running process, for the purpose of managing and standardizing the Traffic Control effectively, improving staff efficiency and guaranteeing the safety of air traffic. Now, various systems related to ATC have existed, but all of these just focus on one stage or aspect of Control process, therefore, it is necessary to build a comprehensive system to supervise and manage the whole running process.Based on the author's project experience, this paper, first, introduces some basic theories briefly and roundly which related to ATC and running control; then, proposes the main structure and design scheme of ATCOC system after analyzing the current condition of ATC software. ATC management and the control function have been joined in this system, now can realize the management for the whole running process. ATCOC system, on one hand, provides an information platform composed by many related information, such as witting, weather, gen, etc, for the CAAC staff to gain and use valuable information, in which the efficiency of information transfer, process and apply have been improved greatly; on the other hand, the efficiency of ATC operation and the ability of ATC safeguard are also improved by providing the whole operational situation and decision support for the manager. What the ATCOC system emphasizes is the system conceptions and frameworks, base on that, ATCOC system is divided into Persistent layer, Business logic layer and Presentation layer, according to the layered principle of J2EE strictly. From chapter three, the human resource management subsystem in ATCOC is analyzed and modeled, then the design and realization of every layer in this subsystem is presented. During the implement process, the advantage and shortage of frameworks are discussed and the design patterns which have been used in system are analyzed, some segment source code of the human resource management subsystem is also presented as the concrete examples. |
