| This paper applies the technology of diagnose failure and redundant control into the operations of nuclear actor , and studies the relevant objects in line with the model built up by author, and at last simulates the results on the platform of Visual C++ and Matlab.The small-size equipment of nuclear power, with the advantage of low investment,Small size, rich potential of development, will have the broad picture in the area. In this case, certain sensor or executing machine can't work well, the system will still go on working, therefore, these ways will ensure the control and protection system safer.This paper is composed by four parts as follows:Firstly , the paper converts the differential equations of nuclear actor core used in integrated compressed water into the matrix which is composed by the neutron dynamic model of six-group related neutrons and thermal water-power model, gets the same results which is produced by contrasts and analyzing of the simulations from converted mathematic model and non-line differential equations. Otherwise, this part detailedly studies the manners of description model of failure system.Secondly, this paper does research on the passive redundant control approaches based on the robust feature configurations into the nuclear actors. The simulation results show that though the water temperature keeps stable, the highest point on the curve is a little higher which is caused by the lack of failure diagnose.Thirdly, the paper applies the tow-class failure diagnose based on the Kalman wave filter failure testing and position,the simulating results show that the application of the technology in the control system is effective and dependabale.Finally, we design the initiative redundant controller based on the last step. Weightingly, we take by the control strategy of state-feedback control-rule double construction, and take it to contrast with the passive redundant control manner already designed in the last part. It shows that both control technology have satisfying performance, while the latter is better But the former needn't failure diagnose operation, it makes the control system simpler . |
