The Research Of The Logistics Alliance Intelligent Decision Support System Based On Agent

As a kind of new organization, the alliance logistics is a task combo about logistics formed by logistic organization with some the specialized feature and the supplementary characteristic according to the contractual relationship.Through the alliance member's clasp, it implements the sharing and optimization of resources, roundly enhances the economic efficiency and the quality of service of enterprise of alliance logistics, and forms the scale competition.The intelligence Decision Support System about logistic alliance is established by using the Agent technology, fuzzy theory, BP NN, fuzzy synthesis appraisal, rough sets principle and so on, to enhance the scientific and betimes of logistic alliance's decision-making, which is extreme significance. The main work of this dissertation is as follows:Firstly, the open flexible self-adaptive and cooperative system framework of the alliance logistic descion support system is established based on agent technology.Secondly, the evaluating model about selecting the alliance logistic' members based on FNN is designed appling fuzzy theory and NN.Using it the members are selected who are more efficient group.Thirdly, the estimating model about quality of service of alliance member is established , utilizing the theory of fuzzy synthesis appraisal and the method of hiberarchy analysis, the quality service of alliance member is estimated right and scientifically.Fourthly, making use of the theory of rough sets and fuzzy synthesis appraisal, the problem of allocating the order is studied and the optimization of strategy is designed. Fifthly, the frame of the decision support system about logistics alliance based Agent technology is established and the main interface is implemented making use of Agent and the coupter language such as Java, XML, SQLSever on the base of J2EE.Finally, content of the paper is summed up and a tentative plan for next work is put forward.
