With the development and universality of the Internet technology, the Internet has already gone deep into each realm of the work, life, study of people, people can get information service what is fast, convenience, efficiently and is no time space restriction by the network. However, at the same time, many problems are also brought about: The amount of information is huge, the contents are multifarious and disorderly, organization is lax. In order to find out useful information, people usually need to waste plenty of time. It is becoming a hot topic how to discovery service quickly and efficiently and accurately which satisfies the desire of people about the Web services study.Traditionally, the WSDL/UDDI of Web services discovery technology is done through keywords matching based on the syntactic description of Web services, such Web services discovery technology can't capture the semantic information of Web services and is lack of intelligence, so it can't satisfy the desire of people about recall and precision. In order to carry out the automatic discovery, invoking and combine of Web service, namely, which is understood by machine, semantic information is added in the Web service. Semantic Web service based on the standard of Web service and semantic Web, which can describe function and content no ambiguity by ontology, increase robustness and quality of the existing task, improve result of service discovery.Service matching is the key issue of service discovery. Service matching is done by compared the desired Web services description of requester with the service description of provider published, and judging whether the latter satisfies to matching or not. When the service description published and requested is exactly alike, it means this is the most perfect service matching, however, this kind of strict definition make the recall and precision of service discovery all very low, even the failure for service matching will be caused. A good algorithm of matching should have the certain loose degree, according to a certain similarity degree, so matching can be realized according to the need of service requester and the description of the service provider, so as to attain the service satisfied need possibly.In this thesis, author draws on the thought of other persons, in the light of * people-orientation", puts forward a kind of matching algorithm and frame of "customer-central" on semantic-based , on one hand layering filter can reduce the matching scope and improve efficiency, on the other hand fully considers a customer who express his different predilection action because he have different visiting and preference content as a subject selection man of services, different service can be provided in accordance with different interest and liking of customer, customer can select service based on his preference, accuracy and reliability of service selection can be enhanced so that personalized Web service can be realized.
