Network geometric sketchpad is a new teaching software to syncretize network technique,multimedia technique and geometric sketchpad function.The current multi-media network education is accepted by more and more people with the characteristics of alteration,turning separately,real results,share etc.Although the geometric sketchpad running of the single computer is a teaching and research software with powerful function,in dynamic aspect it has the problem that customers can't communicate with each other and sketchpad model data can't actually be shared.It can not realize the long-distance communication of client, thus making learn of collaboration limited greatly.This thesis has explored the geometric sketchpad based on the collaborated network environment aiming at the lacks of above.Chapter 1 introduced the concept and research significance of geometric sketchpad in brief.Chapter 2 introduced the theory foundations and designing thoughts of the network geometric sketchpad.Chapter 3 introduced the related function class of the network geometric sketchpad. Chapter 4 introduced the key technique of network geometric sketchpad design.The whole thesis gives realized design diagram to the main function of the network geometric sketchpad in the thesis,and pointed out the lacks of network geometric sketchpad and the work that should be done in the future.This thesis designed and analyzed particularly the constructer of network geometric sketchpad and building of network environment.The software finished is to face the Windows.Comparing with the existing single machine version software,it has characteristics of operating easily,powerful dynamic alteration,stable data-transmission and being in time etc.
