The Research Of Test Method Of Simulation Object Component Based On BOM

Federation Testing is indispensable to the development of distributed simulation systems based on HLA. The appearance of BOM (Basic Object Model) is not only to solve the reusable problems which are encountered by FOMs (Federation Object Models), but also changes the structure and the development mode of federate. Meanwhile, it brings new challenge to the Federation Test. In the development mode based on component, the first step of Federation Testing is to test components which are composed to build federates.Firstly, this paper discusses the basic process of Federation Testing and the design and development process of federate based on components in KD-XSRFrame development environment. Then, this paper describes the BOM template specification and analyses the influences which Simulation Model Components based on BOM bring to Federation Testing. This paper researches the method of Simulation Model Component under the KD-XSRFrame development environment and brings forward the concept of Simulation Model Component Compliance Testing. Moreover, this paper discusses the steps of simulation model component compliance testing and feasible testing methods. At the same time, this paper studies the automatic process of generating testing report.Concept model dynamic testing presents formalization description of concept model and advances defines of maturity and compliance. This paper discusses the method of concept model dynamic testing. Finally, this paper presents the design blueprint and implementation of KD-BOMFactory software which support the testing of the Simulation Model Component based on BOM. The actual result shows that KD-BOMFactory achieves meet the design requirements and can accomplish the task of BOM editing, code generating and Component Testing. KD-BOMFactory software can assistant to develop federation based on simulation model component very well.
