Along with continual tamper such as 09-32 wide application, the work efficiency had enhanced very greatly, and the work quality also had improved very obviously. Because the position is always variable between satellite and large cart. This brought the problem of control of satellite and parameter compensation. The existing electrical system compose of analog control circuit with massive amplifiers. Because of zero drift of amplifiers and big deviation of resistances, the precision of control system is difficult to satisfy the request. In order to solve this problem, the electricity control system of 09-32 tamp machine had added potentiometers in each link. During the debug, high precision was achieved by setting specific conditions and adjusting potentiometers.But the parameters of tamp machine was inconstant and the condition of track changed endlessly, the traditional PID control method was difficult to realize optimum control of the satellite. The bottleneck how to make the satellite work in the optimum state had come out. Therefore intelligent control of the satellite and the precise parameter compensation algorithm became one of research contents in electricity control system of continuous-type tamp machine. Along with the development of modern control theory, the fuzzy control and the fuzzy PID control grow day by day mature in the industry control application. And it is easy to satisfy the complex system of tamp machine, which is difficult to establish the accurate mathematical model. the digital circuit develop unceasingly nowadays, and it lay the foundation to realize this quite complex algorithm.This paper is the research on intelligent control of the satellite and the parameter compensation through the digital circuit, so that the work efficiency and the precision of the continuous-type tamp machine would be improved. the research results were listed below:1. A new intelligent control arithmetic would be presented, which can make satellite adapt to circumstance and work in the best state automatically.2. Calculation method of parameter compensation would be realized, so as to help finish the work of tamp machine by the change of the parameters such as versine, front offset, basic lift, cant.3. A new proportion control circuit would be designed based on TMS28F12, which can carry out the two kind of arithmetic and drive method for the proportion valve.4. A digital control board for the satellite is designed.
