With the development of technology, computer hardware technology and architecture structure analyses theory also keep developing and more and more perfect, Computer assistance design system also has a wild used in architecture structure design field, it is because computer assistance design system has extremely advantage and specialties in design speed,efficiency,precision and quality of the drawing while compare with traditional design method. But different software has different range to fit for, just when we use it in this range, we could get the reasonable result. So, it is necessary to design a software combine with the reality of WuHan region which fit for the ground foundation design in WuHan region and provide a credibility reference for the architecture in this special WuHan ground.The topic of this paper is mainly about according to the original observational settlement data to simulate and then show it to the designer in curvilinear. It is because settlement observation need quite long time, waste a lot of manpower,material resources and financial, but it is still impossible to foresee the ultimate settlement of the composite foundation. So, it might delay the execution of the prevention and cure. As decision is based on prediction, prediction plays a very important role in the load bearing and settlement of foundation with pile.The topic mainly use grey model and promoted grey model to establish the model. Because in the application, people discover when we use grey model to deal with the dynamic data, sometimes we will get the nice result, but sometimes the result is no acceptable. One most important reason is the error due to we pure use difference to instead of the differential when we use recursive least square to estimate the unknown parameter; in addition, time-response equation get from the dynamic differential model is adopt the first point x(tO)'s value, this also lead to some error. So the promoted grey model aim at these short-points put forward the following methods: use polynomial approach method to estimate the unknown parameter, use differential coefficient on discrete observation spots of the polynomial to instead of the difference in common method and we get three estimated values a,b,C0 of the time-response equation through recursive least square to promote the precision.As the detail realization, the whole system use VC++ and Matlab to realize. Use VC to program is easier than Matlab in application interface, but Matlab is stronger in digital graphs' calculate,analysis and show. The system combines these two together to show their strong points.
