Sulper content of the coal is a very important index to measure the coal's quality. It is important to measurese the sulphur content of the coal quickly and accurately for classifing, measuring quality, and calculating price as people seek, clean and select, mine, provide, distribute, machine and make use of coal.The thesis conclude the device and the technique present conditions of the intelligence sulper meter,analyze it's index and function,design a measure and control system for Intelligence Sulplur Meter. Firstly,it put forward to the subdivision method of the step motor, which improve the precision and stabilization of delivering the coal sample. The angle of step motor reach to the 0.03℃by the 64 current subdivision of the step motor;Secondly, it put forward to the fuzzy arithmetic controller,which adjust occupating coefficient of output-voltage in period according to temperature difference and it's variety ratio ,to the temperature of electric cooker,which is an unstable process with large time delay, parameter variety, non-linear.Output voltage adjust the cycloconverter number of thyristor module to regulate the electric power value of the electric power oven; Thirdly, it put forward to fuzzy control for titration at the base of the titration model,design the fuzzy titration controller as the voltage difference and it's variety ratio to control the current size and time of the electrolysis electrode.At base of the research about the integrity control system and the control method, the thesis design a system, which core is 80C196 and CPLD. The system integrate singlechip and CPLD, instead of the integrated circuit of the medium and small scale. The thesis design the correspondence module as the function.This thesis carry on the design of system software at base of the theory, which is used to design the Multitasking Real-time Operating System, compile the program of task attemper, which is embed to the user's application process. It is easy to read the program for the structure , which is orginzed as module, and correspond to the problem as the task clock frequency.
