The Research And Realization Of Financial Management System In ERP

With the more intensive competition rising on telecom market and more requirement on enterprise financial centralization management work, especially, china telecom have been facing the more stricter supervise environment, which all require financial department to provide more timely and effective information and data, and to strength financial control and analysis ability. Accordingly, to establish a financial management system that can realize pre-control, in-management and after-analysis on budget control, capital control, audit management, contact management, asset management in terms of china telecom management requirement, and realize some key control and standardize work flows is very necessary for further improving company's financial management and control ability.This paper is based on serials of demand research and flow organization for my-SAP ERP business software. Because the existing system can not help enterprise to realize some internal key control standardization and meet our financial management demand so that it is necessary to coordinate work flows to find out related problems and provide the control keys, then coordinate some control keys and conformity with other system to design 4 functional modules: Activities Budget, Web Accounting, Contact Management and Financial Flow Audit in one new financial system.Activities Budget module comprises of budget constitution and practice control for every level (including local network, Province Company Proper and Group Company Proper) to realize pre-control, in-management and after-analysis on budget practice; Web Accounting is required to establish a audit flow and link with the Activities Budget for every unit's expense; Contact Management is involved in realizing imputing, auditing, budget control, implementing, changing, freezing, abolishing and search analyzing function and so on. Financial Flow Audit aims to establish information share platform so as to realize every kind of financial auditing work in system. At the same time, system design process should keep the information share between each functional module, help realize data exchange dynamically and timely, solve the problem of transverse and longitudinal information flow integration.This improving execution for ERP has an important influence for advancing financial management level of Telecom Company and helps us finish the important role change. The paper's research content also hopes could provide some reference and elicitation for ERP system-localization practice especially for china telecommunication industry.
