Research On The Alarming System Of Hazardous Gas Leakage

Without any measure about the leakage of poisonous gas , there will be thumping damages , even people's lives , in petrochemical industry etc. . If we can judge the leakage of poisonous gas earlier , and take measures before the accident enlarge , we can avoid safety misadventure . This paper generalize the method of poisonous gas leakage and make certain the system which is adopted that fixed detecting and wireless transmiting . This paper is also discussed the NH3 sensor which called TGS824 and MQ135 . The curve of temperature is drawn and compensated according to the effection of temperature . The SO2-BF and transmitter which is used to decetd the SO2 is also discussed in this paper . According to the analyse of the MCU , the MSP430F149 is sure to be the main processor . The MCU conlude AD module ; data compared module ; data coding and data transmitting . The alarming information can be transmitting by long distance wireless module and short distance wireless module .The system is used in a chemical factory , the result shows it can work well .
