The H closed epicyclic gear train is a kind of often used compound gear train, which has compact structure and wide velocity ratio and can achieve large velocity ratio and transmission power under high efficiency, so it has been widely applied in mechanical transmission with wide market application prospect.The relationships among overall transmission ratio, basic transmission ratio and closed transmission ratio in H closed epicyclic gear train and its effect to efficiency are researched, the boundary region expressions of basic transmission ratio have been gained on condition satisfied permissible efficiency and the boundary curves have been drawn.; Based on above results, the graph that concentrates the efficiency curve and the relationship curve of transmission ratio has been formed and the graphic method to determine the reasonable region for choosing basic transmission ratio according to given overall transmission ratio and permissible efficiency has been put forward. According to fuzzy theory, the mathematic model suitable for multi-objects fuzzy optimization system has been established, the fuzzy constraints and the fuzzy objects involved in design has been put into fuzzy process, at last, the fuzzy optimization design process of H closed epicyclic gear train with small volume and high efficiency has been realized. Applying Pro/E technology to research and design, through directly controlling the parametric value the three-dimension model parametric design has been realized and the three-dimension parametric drawing of part drawing and assembly drawing of 2K-H[A] type H closed epicyclic gear train has been realized.
