A Research About Special Issues Management Of Marketization Newspaper

The influence of special issue of newspaper is vital to the survival and development of newspaper. However, the research on the special issue lags far behind in practice. Based on the previous researches, the author of the thesis aims at systemizing special issue of newspaper and its management in the hope of bringing some ideas to academic research and practice.The thesis consists of four parts. Chapter one analyzes the arisen background and phylogeny of current special issue, to make a conclusion of special issue plays an important role in newspaper operation. Chapter two introduces the management of special issue from two part, management system and operation mode. Chapter three focus on the analyzing the existing problems and causes in current special issue management, and then provides the countermeasure to these problems. Chapter four to make a view to the developmental trend of special issue, considering the more specialization, adopting magazine operations and depth integration exploitation special issue resources will be the development trend of special issue.
