The Key Technology Research Of The System Of Track And Trace In The Supply Chain Of Agricultural Logistics Of SiChuan Province

Food is the most important matter which maintains the human's survive and grow. In recent years, the eruption of the significant food security event such as the mad cow disease, the foot-and-mouth disease and the birds and beasts flu has had the important influence to various countries. Food security, has already became the major problem which related the national economy and the people's livelihood. In order to enhance food security, avoid food infection diseases, we need to establish a set of effective track systems and "the fast early warning system". This is not only the request of comprehensive construction harmonious society, improves the lives quality , but also is the need to participate in the global competition, and break through the technical barrier. Since England has discovered the global first example mad cow disease, the various countries government has taken the different measure one after another, and has appeared the corresponding law and the policies to guarantee the food security. European Union manages laws and regulations No. 178 (2002) to require that, from 2004 to go on the market sales food in the European Union country must trace the nature, otherwise does not allow to circulate in the market. To those food which can not be traced would not be imported. Sichuan is a province which exports the meats product and the fruit. If we can track and trace the supply chain of agricultural logistics in our province, we can not only restore the consumer's faith to agricultural product, but also enhance the agricultural product's international competition in our province.Taking track and trace to the pork product as the example, this article first designs the system overhead construction from the overall, has carried on the division to the system's structure, and has carried on a more detailed description to some important part. Then, this article has carried on the brief introduction to the EAN.UCC system. The EAN.UCC system, is called in our country the ANCC system, is global unification marking system which comes by the commodity bar code development. Take the pork product as the example, in observes the EAN.UCC system standard under the premise, and fully considered Sichuan's actual situation, the article designed a set of code system which be suitable for Sichuan. Under the code system, the article researched how to track and trace the pork product in the supply chain of logistics. Finally, this article designed the database which the track and trace system should use, and discussed some detail question such as data synchronization and database server breakdown.
