However, in our country, the reliability hasn't been taken enough attention in the manufacture and research process of civil equipment and productions, including the instrument and apparatus, too. It makes our country's instrument and apparatus have poor reliability. We must import the large-scale and top-grade equipment, and a lot of special-purpose instruments are still badly needed. The reliability of the instrument and apparatus has important meanings to improve test ability, scientific research level, managerial ability and logistic supportability. We should improve the reliability of the instrument and apparatus firstly if we want to improve the dependability of other products.Based on the background described above, in order to improve the reliability of the instrument industry of our country, State Bureau of Quality Testing has set up brainstorm project: The Reliability Analysis Research on series signal generator (the task serial number is 2002QK30). My thesis choose LJ6010 multi-functional signal generator, which is very representative in the instrument industry of our country of developing, producing etc, as the research object, and carry on the systemic reliability research.Firstly, starting from the collection of the reliability on-the-spot data, get the invalid criterion from analyzing the trouble mode of the LJ6010 multi-functional signal generator. This has done foreshadowing for reliability test and evaluation.Secondly, doing the reliability environmental test of the multi-functional signal generator, and setting up the test program of the reliability test, this has provided a model for the similar product. Finally, taking the use of Weibull++, with on-the-spot data, to evaluate the reliability of LJ6010 multi-functional signal generator. Then learning and discussing the evaluation method with the data from the different stage, and using the adaptive mathmatical method which reflect the reliablity rule to carry on the reliability test, and then get the reliability level when the product development finished.Through the research of this subject, not only can confirm the reliability of LJ6010 multi-functional signal generator, but also can promote the reliability research of the serial multi-functional signal generator, and can offer a sample for improving the reliability of all kinds of instrument and apparatus. At the same time, taking the use of the data from the different stages to evaluate the reliability provide a feasible method for the reliability evaluation of the independently measurement product which use the test data from the different stages. |
