Information and networking promote modernization and science process of enterprise management. Information of enterprise has been an important symbol of weighing the advancing level. With the rapid development of Internet, enterprise Management Information System is different from early system and it has more real-time and dynamic information during the production process. It can make leader and related department in control of the plant running status anytime and everywhere. So it has great significance to establish a set of real-time supervisory platform for product processing.The paper discusses the background and the significance of the research task and the present research situation firstly. It analyses .NET Framework related technologies and ASP.NET application architecture. At the same time, it also makes an introduction of the OPC technique. The research and method of OPC client development tool are mainly introduced.Secondly, this paper analyzes the advantage in Real-time Supervisory under B/S architecture, supplying a solution on how to design a speedy, extensible, easy to using and full functional software with friendly UI in .NET platform combined with .NET and OPC, and discussing the primary structure and principle. It's easy to see that the major function of real-time monitoring is in-situ display of the inspect data as its name implies. So the design of OPC client based on .NET is considered when the system received data. It is necessary that the inspect data can dynamically refresh on the monitored interface without the operation of whole-page refreshment when users open it by using the browser. For the concrete realization, XML and ASP.NET technologies are both adopted so that the granular real-time refresh of the monitored webpage is achieved.The design of role-based access control is used for different consumers.At last, this system realizes real-time data display and the query of historic data. It also realizes user management, data-source management, publish produce processing graph, statistic table analyzing, alarming display and so on. It can realize dynamic data issued in Internet and lookup the past data. At the same time, it provides real and credible real-time and historic data for decision-making layer, scientific and exact performance index for enterprise to promote whole efficiency. It can appease the demand of the informational activities of process industry.
