The Study Of Control Network Of Intelligent Aeration System Based On Fieldbus

Fieldbus technology is a digital, distributed, open and inter-operational technology, which represents the development trend of industrial control net. The construction of industrial control network is a complex system engineering and it is an underway technology in our country. In production field, because arts and crafts, and controlled equipment are various, there are lots of intelligent controllers, measure instruments and remote I/0 etc. to execute control tasks. The communication interface and protocol of those equipment are various, hence the construction of network has variability. How to realize communication of those equipments become an urgent problem.The above problems are embodied strongly in the network construction of Intelligent Chem. Building aeration control system of SuZhou University in 2006. The tasks of us are as below:1. The blue print design of control network of Intelligent aeration control system based on deep research of Modbus and Profibus Fieldbus.2. The method that realize network communication of S7-200 PLC as Modbus main set is proposed.3. Discussing how to design intelligent signal collector based on Modbus.4. The method to design the PLC Profibus DP network configuration is discussed. 5. Discussing how to design HMI using MCGS, one configuration software.
