It creates main module files of website by ASP, realizes functions of management of users and authorities and etc. by ACCESS2000, and creates web frameworks and applications by FRONTPAGE which is a professional visible editor for multimedia webs. It establishes and accomplishes whole framework of government website, realizes the integration of information resource and the share of information resource at a highest degree.The modules of system consist of views of Hongwei, information of Hongwei, windows of government affairs, regional economics, Party construction, service for you, special topic and column, voices and opinions of public, work guidelines, windows of enterprises, and system management. It realizes the use of advantages of information resource of government and makes a service to enterprises, public, society and economic construction. By integrating information resource, establishing information platform which serve for the whole district, development and use of information resource has been standardized. The system of e-governmental open website of Hongwei District has specialties of good user interface, intact functions, and convenient operation.
