With nearly 20 years rapid development, laser processing technology was becoming one of the key technology in improving traditional manufacture. It's widely adopted into different fields, such as automobile, mechanism, spaceflight and etc. The thesis hereby focus on researching and exploiting the method on how to enhance the laser processing quality and the efficiency of the graphics, according to the laser processing features. The main contents included were as below:(1) Configuration of some ordinary graphics file utilized in laser processing was analyzed and was researched on relevant obtain algorithm of graphic data information. On such base, laser marking algorithm of multi-grey image was argued based upon multi-scale error diffusion.(2) Features of laser graphic processing was analyzed, and domination algorithm on laser high speed processing output of computer image was presented.(3) Factors which affect the processing stability of laser high speedy vector was analyzed, method on how to program the track of laser vector processing with B-Spline was indicated, based on the research, scheme on flexible acceleration/deceleration control and energy compensated were put forward.(4) Application of image registration technology was researched in laser processing field, and high precision and intelligentized orientation was realized in laser processing.In conclusion, the author presents his own thoughts and suggestions on the further relevant research.
