Computer Elementary Curriculum is a most main channel in raising students' information accomplishments, enhancing computer application skills and developing their specialized abilities for liberal arts colleges. For a long time, most teacherscontinue to use the traditional teaching way——"While the teacher explaining anddemonstrating, the students are listening and imitating", which lacks innovative ideology. Also, the teaching way does not suit the curriculum's characteristics, the inspection appraisal way is unreasonable, and the course contents are all the same. These reasons make the liberal arts students lack enough interest and attention in Computer Elementary Curriculum. Therefore, it's a huge project on how to raise the liberal arts students' computer operation skills and train them to solve the actual problems in daily study, work and life.According to the author's teaching practices, the students' questionnaire survey, this article proposes the main problems existing in the Computer Elementary teaching in liberal arts colleges. In order to solve the problems, we study the fundamental research, the students' knowledge structure and teaching exploration, the article proposes the whole reform pattern. In the end, we show the reform validity after years' teaching practice, questionnaire survey, talking, observation and data statistics, etc.
