Every part of the design greatly satisfies customer's actual requirement. In the realization part of the system, the present developing technology is used and achieved all system functions.The detailed contents of paper are: First, the system processed the need analysis according to customer's real situations and then finalized all customer-satisfactory detailed application, customer site running environment and platform that the system requires. The final object of system development, performance requirement and safety requirement is also finalized. Second, the detailed system design is carried out based on the previous customer need analysis. The main part of this work includes: the design of the matrix, subsidiary functional modules as well as the database of the system . Finally in the realization part of the system, the STRUTS and XML technology are applied. These two technologies are very sophiscated in the WEB application field in recent years. The selection of STRUTS frame application makes the whole developing procedures clear and easy for maintenance. The insertion of XML text between Oracle database and front customer site has solved the efficiency problem of the reading and writing problem of customer relationships. The websphere development platform, together with Oracle 9i database platform and XML text database technology, has been used to realize all of the system requires. After the test, every functional modules operated well and reached every performance target.After several months operational test, customer feed back that the system is stable and realize all of the customer actual functions. The efficiency satisfies the customer as a result, it could be applied on the company's sales system in the actual daily operation. |
