The 21st century is an era of information. Mobile Commerce, as a very promising industry, has come into being due to the fast development in computer and mobile communication technology. Therefore fully utilizing the modern mobile communication technology and developing the mobile commerce has great realistic value in promoting the marketing competitive power of enterprises and pushing the development of electronic commerce. Consequently, the demand of the market comes to be the very motive power of technological progress, as well as the motivation this research paper.This paper deals with current core technology in mobile electronic commerce. Hereby it analyzes the major functions of the participants from the aspect of mobile commerce value chain, and makes a thorough study on its Component Oriented Software Development. The focus of this paper is naturally on the applied procedure development of the wireless terminal based on J2ME platform and the communion with the network server J2EE resources respectively, as the technology of J2EE in enterprise is already a ready technique. Besides, based on those studies, a wireless CRM application is designed based on J2ME and J2EE, and this system also extends the desktop CRM. This is very helpful to sales and service engineer to obtain enterprise products information and customers' information timely, and to handle the customers' request everywhere effectively. What is more, the customers can order commodity by their mobile phones.Anyhow, the realization of this system has great significance both in theory and its application for the high-efficient mobile electronic commerce in the enterprises either in guidance or for reference.
