| Along with the recent development of Computer, Automatic Control and Information technologies, the automatization degree of modern ship is substantially increased. As the primary part of modern ship automatization, engine room supervision system makes engineer timely command the operation of main and auxiliary equipments systems, and the real-time control operational parameters of sub systems. Engine room is critical to the security of ship voyage. Since most automatic monitoring system of ships adopt imported product in China, it is significant to carry on research of advanced networking supervision system for engine room.Based on analyzing and researching of contemporary domestic and overseas ship engine room supervision system architect and development trend, the author designs network monitor system for engine room as well as management local network for ship. The network system introduces PROFIBUS technology in the plant to archives monitor, alarm and control of various main equipment operating status. The network system introduces local network technology in management, archives information integration and resource sharing of various control system of the whole ship.The thesis analyzes and studies various functions of ship monitor and alarm system, including alarm setup, alarm lock, extended alarm, and alarm delay. It also research on field bus technology deeply, proposes a design approach based on field bus for ship engine room monitor and alarm system. It discusses adoption of PROFIBUS technology in details, study PROFIBUS-DP protocol and message structure in particular. In addition, it discusses multi-level distributed engine room integrated management system based on distributed control system, introduces the design principle of ship integrated management of local network, including special environment of ship local network, communication media chosen, topologic structure and networking configuration of ship local network. With accomplishment of the design of networking supervision system for engine room, the author chooses Configuration Software MCGS to carry through simulation of various function of engine room monitor and alarm system. Also the author completes the software programming of data collection, centralized data display, and graphic display functions on host computer.The research of this thesis contributes to archive domestic manufacturing of ship automatic control system. |
