| X-ray real-time non-destructive testing is one of hot research fields in recent years. An x-ray image information real-time processing system for small-arms is studied, which can resolve the problem of testing the small-arms in time by rule and time but not shattering it's structure and destroying it's performance. It has very important practical significance for the modernization of our country's army and national defense.The theory and application of the digital image processing technology used in small-arms non-destructive test process are discussed in this paper. Firstly, the paper introduces the process of developing about x-ray non destructive testing, and discusses the theory application of digital image processing on x-ray non-destructive testing. Secondly, we mainly study the material application of image grayscale transforming, image strengthen, image edge detecting. According to he character of x-ray image of small-arms and the human being eyes, the processed image that are suit to be checked and recognized can be got by the use of different algorithms. The processing system is studied and built up with VC++ and Matlab to process the information and to save and manage the image. The edge detection algorithms are specially studied, and two methods on detecting edge of defects information are advanced, they are algorithms based on SUSAN algorithm and based on wavelet analysis. The final detects detection effect is obvious, and it prove that the two methods are feasibly. |
