This article is launch of"Design of the Device of Build-in Ammunition"the project which fundamental scientific research of national defense, mainly aims at the functional design of the device of build-in ammunition, for the ramming part of the device of build-in ammunition ,carry on the virtual prototyping, and the dynamic characteristic of the ramming part for analysis the system.The author first research the overall construction of the device of build-in ammunition, has analyzed the design of mainly function, had determined this article main part of research, carried on analysis to the mathematical model of the part, use 3D model software CATIA ,modeled the part of mainly transmission and the ramming part, and has carried on the virtual assembly to the foundation and the ramming part, obtained the ramming part and the foundation virtual prototyping.The state of motion of the ramming part has a very important function to the device, in order to study the parameter of the dynamic characteristic of the ramming part, the author has carried on the motion simulation to the ramming part using the dynamics simulation software ADAMS, obtained the displacement, the speed as well as the acceleration of the ramming part under certain condition, analyse the relation among these various parameters and influence in actual process of build-in ammunition.Finally, this article according to the analysis result and the request precision of design, has carried on analysis to the motion reliability of the ramming part, to provide the reliable basis for design for of build-in ammunition.
