| With the development of information technology, particularly the development of e-commerce, enterprise management models such as ERP, supply chain, and others have increased the competitiveness of enterprises. Strengthening the link between car sales forecasting and decisions for resource allocation, optimizing enterprise business processes, integrating existing information resources, and facilitating the effective sharing of information among enterprises have become the inevitable requirement for enterprise development.This paper aims to establish a flexible and effective quota allocation model so as to establish a vehicle sales system of easy expansion and integration. In this paper, the most popular ERP enterprise management model is analyzed, with special focus on some popular forecasting methods and demand forecasting models. Both qualitative and quantitative forecasting methods are employed, and Excel is used to set up the moving average, depth of inventory model and the final quota allocation model. Then testing is performed using the data. In this way, a quota-order management model is established, which realizes the guidance of quota allocation through forecasting results.In this paper, the business processes are analyzed and developed by combining enterprise management thoughts such as business process reengineering (BPR),business process management (BPM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP). Using MVC design and development model as well as Java and JSP programming languages with flexibility and powerful functions, and based on the reliability and ease-of-use management of ORACLE large-scale databases, a vehicle sales system is designed and developed based on the B/S structure and J2EE technology. The system uses WebSphere Application Server as J2EE bearing platform to facilitate the expansion of system function and performance as well as to provide a highly efficient and stable operating environment.The system is still in the first phase of development and trial, basically meeting the needs of utility. It will provide Web Services in the future to serve traditional system of C/S structure and system of B/S structure at the same time. |
