The work with handicapped is a important part of multitude works , the amount of handicapped is also accout a lot in the society , so a good work of handicapped is very meanful both for the harmony of the economics and for the designing of a harmonious society. With the development of the society , the project of the handicapped both in our county and the world is taken more and more attention, the welfare and the serving establishment are growing a lot . while in the part of the product designing for handicapped , various robot based on the man-machine alternation skills is also growing and used a lot .The purpose of this paper is for such a herd of disabled persons who can not speak or write and make them contact with others by staring . The method of staring and input characters is in such a way, first , get the center of the iris of the users by the camera , the judge the which is the charater that the users staring at , the the system do the relavant reactions .In this paper ,we use two signs to avoid the using of the infrared lamp-house , cut the cost and the interfere of the user; by using the demarcate hat , resolve the problem of the movement of the user's hat , avoid the inconvenient of the traditional method by drawing signs on the user's skin ; by using the original localizer , the users can stay in the view of the camera , it selve the problem that people do not know where is the perfect place to stay in the beginning ; by using the multithread , it harmonizes the module of the interface ,the module of the pictureo-gather , the module of the image-processing , the module of the intent judging.What's more , in this paper ,we use the improved Hough transform to get the center of the eye which increase the precision and the speed of this step ; By using the self-adjust threshold module , it increases the ability of adaptability of the changing light; By the on-time feedback of the interface , it increases the amity to alternate ; By using the modularization method , it increases the adaptability of the system.
