Government Information Project Management System Based On Workflow

Currently, Chinese governments at various levels of e-government construction after years of development, and achieved great achievement. However, there are some certain issues about this. This paper from the reality put in the overall framework of e-government in district, with integration, the EGA intensive approach to the construction of e-government system, and the transformation of government functions through the process of recycling.E-government is not only highlighting the sharing of information, but also stressing that all aspects of cooperation and workflow is the best technology to achieve. Workflow engine as the kernel of workflow technology is the manager of operation resources of workflow management system. Lightweight workflow engine provides embedded services for application systems through the design principle of adequacy, agility and low cost and carries out good expansibility and transplantation supported by the RDS.The paper puts in the framework of the overall e-government, and develops the government information project management system by using IT-based audit project management methods and lightweight workflow engine based on RDS, to achieve the chief of process reengineering and the process management of the information project.
