| With the progress of science technology and development of electronic information system with the use of new system,new technology,new material and new technics, people attach importance to the parameter test of RF/Microwave power device under the large-signal condition。The test method of load-pull is a key technology of solving the difficult problem of input/output impedance of RF/Microwave power device and large-signal,non-linear speciality and so on,has a very important effect on improving the design level and developing the applied technology of RF/Microwave power device。Because the high-power automatic tuner is the core parts of load-pull test system and its performance and specification determines whether the load-pull test can realize or not directly,the manufacture of it has important meaning。The work in the thesis focuses on the research and the application of the large power automatic test system. The research of the tuner, which is the core part of the system, is extended between 10GHz and 40GHz. It included the slide block structure and using a compensator slide block to extend the testing band. Otherwise,The thesis discusses the method on how to measure transistor`s noise parameter accurately, advanced a theoretic on the calculating compensation of automatic source-impedance tuners for microwave noise-parameter measurements. Finally the thesis introduced the microwave large power automatic test system, and the building of the test system, designing software of the automatic tuner and the system, mainly include power devices parameters and noise parameters test module. |
