High school informationization is the main of country informationization. It is a process in teaching ,scientific research, management and services activities, that uses advanced computer technology ,network technology, multimedia technology, to realize web-based high school campus, scientific management, digital-based information resource, and to arrive the goal of modern teaching and scientific research .The web-based campus is the foundation, and scientific management is the guarantee ,and the digital-based information resource is the key. The success of high school informationization will help to promote the education informationization.Nowadays, along with the scale increasing of colleges and universities, related facilities are further improved. How to realize effective and efficient management of realty, a major part of college property, is a necessity to certain extent. Currently, much of the management of college realty is far from satisfaction. Some of the fundamental data transmission and management work have accuracy related problems. And even some of the work still stays in the handiwork stage, which largely blocks the communication between different grades in the department and that between the department and the customers. The efficiency and effectiveness are degraded to a large extent due to inadaptability to network development. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a set of highly practical information management system of realty business to realize the automation of college logistics and to improve the decisions and efficiency of estate management.Based on the situation above, House management information system followed by B/S model is research and developed in this subject. This system's develop platform is Microsoft visual studio.net, using the popular develop language C# and the widely used SQL Server database system as the back-end database. Role verification technology, password encryption technology and report print technology etc. are used in this system. It provides a perfect data management model and helps sharing data.This system performs main functions such as querying data, searching data, collecting data, sailing house ,renting house, approving, single house management, publishing house news, leaving words, background management and so on. After coding, I tested and deployed this system.This system fully utilized the virtues of swiftness and convenience of network to simplify the management of information system and to improve its efficiency, therefore to achieve the goal of standardized and automatic management. The implementation of such system can further improve the scientific management of realty and the standardization level, as well as to enhance the resource management of college estate, and finally, to build a more efficient, mature and scientific management system for the goal of scientific management.
