The Design And Implementation Of Workflow-based Product Control System

In order to handle the safety and efficiency issues in the product document compiling and process management of Jiansu Nuclear Power Corportation,this paper proposes an integrative solution which is based on web-based development framework Spring+Struts+Hibernate and workflow engine.Following the instrustions of software engineering,this paper completes the requirement analysis and architecture design for Jiangsu Nuclear Power Product Document Control System.Based on this,it finishes the design and development of workflow module and test.This system(Product Document Control System,PDC for short) implements both role-based and task-based access control,which is a forceful guarantee for the security of the system's information. The use of third-party plug-NTKO and iText, reduce system development costs and shorten the system development cycle.After completing one month-long trial running, this system passed the experts' assesment who were form Jiangshu Nuclear Corportation .And now this system has been officially put into use.The successful implementation of this system enhancs JNPC's ability to do document monitoring and speeds up the workflow and optimizes the operation.It also improves production efficiency and version control of documents which is a forceful guarantee for the safe operation of nuclear power production.
