| The control method of harmonic current is the critical technology to affect APF (Active Power Filter), SAPF (Shunt Active Power Filter) compensates capability, and it also influences the application range of APF. Based on the "Control Strategy of Gradual Chang of DC-link Voltage in Outside Control Loop" 100KVA APF applications, and according to the problems in the experiment, this paper improves the circuit structure and contrasting the kinds of control strategies in the true stage. This paper puts forward a control strategy - fuzzy self-adapted PI control which is more advanced, more materialize APF non-linear characteristic. This method combines the merits of PI control and fuzzy control, it is not only has the characteristics which the fuzzy control do not rely on system model parameters and strong robust capability, but also has the specialties which the PI controller's straightforward structure and high definition.In this thesis, firstly, it analyses harmonic concept, the reasons of harmonic produce and the harm of harmonic. And, it expounds about the development actuality of APF in the active and overseas. And it also construes the different kinds of topology configurations of APF. This paper particular introduces the theory and the harmonic detecting and controlling method of the "Control Strategy of Gradual Chang of DC-link Voltage in Outside Control Loop" Shunt APF. Based on the experiment, this paper improves the main circuit structure which is formerly composed 7MBP150RA120 IPM module, and it adopts higher voltage IGBT module -1700V MWI225-17E9. And it also detailed discourse upon the drive circuit of the module. According to the experiment, it proves adopting this module is able to assure the higher control capability.Based on the foregoing content, it emphases analyses fuzzy self-adapted PI control method of APF. On account of the APF's uncertain trait and it also undemanding follow the exoteric voltage and the harmonic undulation, so this paper applies the fuzzy self-adapted PI control, in respect that the fuzzy self-adapted PI controller does not depend on system maths model. So it not only has strong robust capability, moreover it also commendably solves the inconsistency which the rapid dynamic response process and the small overshoot. Bases on a great lot of emulators, this paper chooses the satisfaction PI parameter, and improves APF compensate current slot control capability greatly. The results of emulator indicate that the feasibility and correctness and advanced of the replanted method.Some exploring work for the control theory research and experiment of active power filter has been accomplished. And this paper establishes the foundation for the industrialization application of APF's advanced control method. |
