Enterprise Resource Planning is an internal informed solution. E-commerce actualizes electronic dealing of goods at a high speed through Internet and puts an emphasis on the external business. The traditional ERP put an emphasis on the optimization of resource allocation with the enterprise, lacking interaction with external E-commerce system. Integration of ERP and E-commerce will be an urgent need and inevitable trend. The integration solutions of traditional enterprise application information system usually integrated applications from peer to peer, which had many deficiencies in practical application, such as poor ability of integration, poor extensibility, poor interoperability and high cost. Nevertheless, Web Services had the predominant features of interoperability, encapsulation, low cost, loose coupling structure, normal protocol and high integrated ability, so the integration solutions based on Web Services will become the mainstream of integration field of enterprise application information system. It was necessary to seek a new solving approach to meet enterprise information development, to make up the deficiency of traditional data integration and the defect of the traditional distributed technology. One kind of integration framework of ERP and E-commerce's system based on the Web Services has been put forward, and a new data integration plan has been designed. The application interface system based on Web Services and data integration technologies have been particularly researched. The major research works and initiative points in this paper were as follows:1. Firstly the concepts and the developing process of ERP and E-commerce have been outlined, on which the relations between them and the transformation the E-commerce to ERP have been analyzed. The relations between ERP and E-commerce have been mainly analyzed from four aspects: the compatibility of the supply chain, the emphasis difference, the application complementary and the interconnection based on the Customer Relation Management, so the integration necessity of ERP and E-commerce have been full proofed.2. One kind of integration framework of ERP and E-commerce's system based on the Web Services has been put forward in view of the integration results of the enterprise application information system. In view of integration model and take advantage of Web Services in integration, one kind of integration framework of ERP and E-commerce's system based on the Web Services has been designed. Web Services application interface system has been researched. The utility was comprised of three logical components: Web Services Generator, Web Services Maintainer and Web Services Deployer.3. Data integration technologies of ERP and E-commerce based on Web Services have been researched.Firstly through establishing adapter of each system, the unified data platform based on XML has been designed to realize data integration of each system. Secondly, the data integrator was composed by pattern manage module, XML interactive interface, inquiry processing module and wrapper. Finally, in order to transform the user's inquiry as the inquiry based on the data sources and transform the inquiry results as unify pattern, wrapper has been designed.4. Part functions of the order form management system based on Web Services have been designed and realized. This order form management system was composed by some internal operation of order form and a group of Web Services. An operational surface was provided for order management and the sales personnel in internal operation to complete the input, the verification, the inquiry of the order operation. In the process of completing these functions, the order form management system was required to transfer the Web Services provided by other modules of the ERP system.
