| China mobile multimedia broadcasting can provide all kinds of broadcast and message service in anytime and anywhere, realized by terrestrial and satellite digital broadcasting net. The terminal, the screen of which is smaller 7 inch, can receive that signal, such as mobile phone, PDA, MP3, MP4, digital camara, notebook PC and so on.This master's thesis mainly study CMMB receiver. CMMB receiver is made up of module of signal processing in baseband, channel decoding and source decoding. However, it's necessary and difficult to design a module of channel estimation. CE will be introduced in detail in the thesis.The module of channel estimation play important role in CMMB receiver system. Although CE can be realized by many kinds of means, they must sovle two important questions. One is how to reduce the affect by additional noise; another is how to track the change of channel better. Considing the complexity and practice application of many kinds of methods, the one of linearly inserting in timing and inserting by FIR filter in frequency was finally adopted in this paper, which had been simulated in matlab/vc 6.0. |
