| This article is about the software and hardware design of general simulationplatform based on C8051F020 MCU. With the fast development of science andtechnology, computer control system has been widely used in industry control.This article introduced a platform which can be used in debugging of controlsystem. Simulation platform can receive control quality of control system'soutput, form response of controlled object after simulating arithmetic, cantransform this response into electrical signal which is in consistent withspecific sensor's output, and feedback to the control system. Simulationplatform has the Character of versatility, easily operating, direct-viewing, andvisualization.Firstly, this article describes the background and meanings, introducesdomestic and international condition of the related research, and gives the mainresearch contents.Secondly, it introduces the structure of the platform in whole, describesthe main function of every module in simulation and control, and then brieflyintroduces the core of the platform, C8051F020 MCU.Then, this article introduced the hardware of the general simulation platform.It included general analog channel input and output module, digital channel inputand output module, and other circuits. This article wrote some programs andflowcharts, of modules, besides detailed analysis of hardware circuit.Then, applying simulation platform and Kingview software described the speedsimulation of elevator. It discussed the method of simulation of elevator' sspeed. In this part, firstly discussed communications setting of Kingview, communication protocol between MCU and Kingview, and some corresponding programs, and then give the moving speed algorithm of elevator controller, at last givethe simulation algorithm of controlled object.Finally, this article introduced how to use this platform to realize temperature control of heater. In this part firstly introduced system' shardwarestructure, then modeling to the system, analyzing the temperature control system, and then raise the controlling arithmetic, finally proposed improved arithmetic. |
