| From the perspective of actual production feasibility study, this paper describes a project of cutting optimization in petroleum pipe production line, depending on the analysis of producing process, control system and control mode.Firstly, the whole system is analyzed by the introduction of producing process of pipe production line, producing equipments, control system equipments, and the basic of hardware and software of SCADA. The producing data gotten from controller PLC by OPC Server are analyzed and computed by SCADA, and the result is sent to cutting equipment by OPC Server at last. The influencing factors of cutting the pipe are divided into various defects by the impact of cutting grades. The optimal cutting goals, principles, and the mathematical model of cutting optimization are established.Through the analysis of the mathematical model of cutting optimization and the research of implementation, the traditional optimal methods are not suitable to solve this problem for none exact mathematical function may be found. The optimal goals function is replaced indirectly by an evaluation function and the genetic algorithm is chosen to find out the optimal result. According to the extent of defect hierarchy, two punish functions are added to increase the searching range and satisfy the producing process. Compared with the existent cutting mode, the improvements on pipe utilization, automation extent, and longevity of cutting equipment are made. Some actual work and the software in the project are described. |
