| With the development of network technology, the un-integrated information construction has adversely affected the data resources to be effectively used in the Sixth Oil Production Company, Daqing Oilfield. To meet the needs of modern management, the research and development job in terms of data criteria and data resources management has been conducted, which is based on the completeness of production information's collection and management, improvement of data quality and integrality of data application as well. The new network application system applies multiple-layer structure that makes user interface, user logic and the data separated respectively and will set up a data sharing and application platform, which contains data management, data process and data show. With the integrated standards and requirements, the data collection and integrality, involving different systems of oilfield development, have been completed, and the data management and analysis tools have been improved, which can ensure the data and tables to be display. The paper introduces general design, function design, key technologies of new application system and the system performance as well. The data center is a data sharing and application platform all over the company. On one hand, the studies on information collection, process procedure and data criteria have been performed. On the basis of deep analysis on key problems that existed in current application system, the solving program has been made. On the other hand, combing with system structures of all various networks and the software characteristics, the multiple-layer structure with user interface, user logic and data separated respectively has been selected. Not only the application system but also the data apply multiple-layer structure, which can solve the problems like poor flexibility of network system, hard installation and etc.As to system design and performance, it has the following characteristics:1. The standards are unified.According to POSC criteria and data model of 2003 CNPC, with the studies and analysis of field data needs in the Sixth Oil Production Company, the design covering 10 fields and 420 databases has been finished and its relative tables of parameter and appendix code have also been designed. The standards are unified based on work characteristics, forming"Data Criteria and Filling Regulations for Data Model of the Company's Data Center","Data Construction Assign and Permission Table"and"Information Construction Program for the Sixth Oil Production Company". The standards are used to instruct data integrality and application system forming.2. The data construction and data application are separated. When the database of data center is designed, the concept of data layers has been considered. The supporting layer is added between source data and final data. With the application of supporting data layer, the source data and final data cannot directly affect each other. Therefore, the data relationship becomes clear and definite. The data construction and data application can be separately performed, which reduces development difficulty of the system. The supporting data layer can follow the method of software engineering to perform team and cooperation development, which can shorten development period of the system.3. The tools are used in the process of system developmentSome relative software tools are applied for the system development, which improves system construction and reduces development period. Then the project development staff can concentrate on the combination with specific fields and can make the project more close to specific fields to satisfy the needs of actual requirements. The tools for data model management can ensure the data to be updated and complete in time and the relative software to run without any errors. The information from data model, such as the data, appendix table, the conditions for data selection and etc, are used to form the tools for interface collection, which realizes the rapid disposal for data collection interface. The tools, obtained from tables and curves, can decrease the work burden of making tables and curves and editing codes, which can improve application pace.4. The data of the system is integral and unified.The data, changed and unchanged, are separated to make the data unified. The development business has been fined to establish database and relative restrain relationship. The two main restrain methods of database outer keys and trigger are used.5. The expanding and application of the system can be ensured.The system design has applied the software tools and expanding development thought in terms of data management, data process and data show. When the system accepts new information, it can realize new function in short time. Therefore, the system can meet the needs of continuous changing requirements in the field and can rapidly take disposal and implement.6. Multiple safety system is used.With multiple layer structure, the user can use the data but can not directly operate database, which can ensure the database safety. Meanwhile, the latest Oracle 9i is applied for database system and installed into disk array, which makes the data automatically backup. Once the system is in trouble and can't work, the recovering system can be started to ensure the data safety. In addition, permission distribution system for the users and ID testification system improve the system safety in many areas.The construction of data center system involves information management process, management theories and information technologies, which is a gradually developing process. The top leaders give more attention and understanding and actively organize and push the system to be conducted, which is a significant factor to ensure the system successfully performed. The mutual supporting and cooperation of each section offer the premise for the system to be effectively applied.At present, the data center system has dealt with data collection and data process in terms of oil and gas production, station-to-station management, fractional production management, oil and gas collection and transportation, the well logging, the planning and etc. The data regarding geologic daily report, reservoir monthly report, production monthly report, planning and statistics and basic data for single well can be showed.Therefore, the data center system can satisfy the actual needs for the information construction of the Sixth Oil Production Company. It has set up a sharing and application network platform that contains data management, data processing and data show. From the practice results, the system with data unified management and concentrated saving has realized the predicted expectation. To achieve the real sharing of the data, data construction and data application need to be further improved. So we believe, with the system construction more improved, the database construction quality and application results will be greatly boosted in our company. The data center will provide more accurate and the latest information for oilfield development and become a very helpful assistant to technical development people. |
