Standardized real-time teaching platform, complying with domestic and international distance education standards, is an important part of modern distance education platform. It is also a modern information technology teaching tools covering various disciplines such as education statistic and evaluation, education psychology, telecommunication technology, computer technology and so on. Although current real-time network teaching platform in our country has a little realizations, some do not have agreement on multimedia communications systems, can not develop with the expansion of international telecommunications standards. Some of those real-time network teaching platforms have accomplished network multimedia interaction,but lack of standardization or can not work with other components of education system, thus unable to constitute a learning platform.This thesis gives an instance of H.323 standard using in real-time teaching platform, which is a framework recommendation in telecommunication technology. H.323 framework supports for multimedia communication in different network, including audio, video and data communication. With the compatibility to the next generation network, it can fully handle all the multimedia interacts between lecturer and learner. The system also processes standardization procedure of teaching resources; so as to provide interfaces to other components of education system, provide a method to standardize a real-time network teaching system based on distance education standards.This thesis introduces the standardization process during real-time teaching platform, which integrates H.323 multimedia conference technologies into standardized distant education. The standardization process will also contribute to applications of domestic distant education standards usability. Furthermore, this thesis provides a solution to the standardized resources wasting problem in real-time class documenting procedure, which usually caused by video recoding of teaching materials. The implementation of real-time teaching platform multimedia makes contributes to standardize the resources in the runtime environment of distant education system. Key Words:...
