| At present,digital TV is a hotspot of the television industry's development.With the establishment of relevant Chinese standards in this year,techniques of the digital TV will be applied in all kinds of field.Expedited by the market demand and advance of techniques, more digital TV products with more functions will go in to common people's life gradually.This thesis mainly discusses design and implementation of the Multifunctional Broadcast Server.Meanwhile the thesis discuss two key techniques, the PCR adjust technique and TS seamless spline technique which are used in Multifunctional Broadcast Server.In the beggin paper analyse the background of this project and the development of digital TV in our country.Then this thesis introduce some standards in this field,such as MPEG2 and DVB.Then this thesis discuss the PCR adjust technique.The thesis analyze the result of the PCR jitter,introduce some available PCR adjust arithmetics,then introduce a new PCR adjust arithmetic,which can provide better effect.The thesis also discuss the TS seamless spline technique.The thesis analyze the MPEG2 standard,study the seamless spline theory, implement this technique with FPGA device.Then the thesis explain the implement of the whole Broadcast Server system.The thesis introduce the system hardware architecture,and the FPGA design structure. At the end of this thesis, it gives test datas of the system.These datas prove the validity of the Multifunctional Broadcast Server. |
