| The main content in this research is the marketing management of the Press Journals.The Press Journals have a lot of problems and confusions in their development because of the problems of their mother company in the system, mechanism and the problems from themselves on marketing managements. I would do some research to find the reasons behind the phenomena so that I could find out the solutions for the Press Journals, which are meaningful to the development of themselves even for the whole journals industry.Firstly, I presented the current situation for the Press Journals and analyzed the reasons. Secondly, I listed the policy of the reform in the cultural and economic system, after that I analyzed and presented the modern company system, the company system and the framework of the marketing analysis. Thirdly, I stated three Press Journal cases, explained why the press journal special focus could be successful and why the other two press journals were failed. Lastly, I gave some opinions and suggestions on how to help the Press Journals to go out from the difficulties.I use the cases as the way of research for my thesis and I got some ideas about how to develop the Press Journal by the comparison and analysis for these three cases. The ideas are the Press Journals should get the supporting from their mother company on the system and mechanism facets. The Press Journals should be regarded as the principal part of the marketing. They should establish the modern company system and try to change into a modern company according to the requirement of the government's policy and relative theory of the marketing. They should find a way in marketing to develop themselves. |
