| In 2004,the《LOVE》group had established《New Weekly》,which was selected as the research object in this article,the reason is that this paper is only published seven periods,and then stopped publication by some reasons,which causes the public media pay extensive attention to。It has history specimen meaning of that as a miniature of Chinese supervision by public opinion newspaper exists. Firstly, this article elaborates the background of《New Weekly》's birth, according to analyze macroscopic environment that newspaper existence and the medium view environment of this weekly paper birthplace, and also the tiny view environment of newspaper's sponsor, tries to restore the reason of《New Weekly》established.And at this foundation, the article carries on analysis the report of society government news,people's livelihood news and commentary content. At last gets some conclusion about the Journalism meaning o《fNew Weekly》existence: firstly, it inherits a history tradition of a Scholar to run a newspaper in China, secondly, facing to the cultural system reform and the cultural industry develop of surge tide, it is a great experiment of Chinese periodical group. Thirdly, it is also continue highly raise the big flag of supervision by public opinion, and it is a great effort of improving Chinese political democracy and social fair.At the end of this article, objecting to the history matter of birth and death of《New Weekly》, the article inquiries into Chinese existent obstacle of the supervision by public opinion, and how to journalist carry out news ideal under the current system, and such problems. The author puts forward that we should strengthen news lawmaking, order the supervision by public opinion into normal, construct the good environment of the supervision by public opinion, and improve the journalist's occupation character and business level in the meantime. If we do this, the supervision by public opinion will contribute larger strength on push forward democracy China. |
