| The optical fiber drop sensor is a new type of machine with which the characters of the tested liquid are measured. Its principle is based on the relationship between the dripping process and the characters of the liquid to be tested. Monitoring the variety of the light intensity during the dripping process, the fiber fingerprint drop trace, shortly as FFDT, can be gotten through analyzing the dripping process which reflects the physical and chemical characters of liquid samples. Analyzing the fingerprint drop trace, some interrelated information can be obtained to discriminate some different liquids.Firstly, in the text, the principle and development process of the optical fiber drop analysis technology are employed and the optical fiber drop analysis technology is tested to have the possibility for use in practice. At the same time, the function the signal corrective principle makes is also introduced. Then, on the base of the principle of the optical fiber drop sensor, the concrete structure, light road and the electric circuit are designed, also, the experimental platform, the optical fiber drop analyzer, is carried out. Finally, the method of liquid tested on-line with optical fiber drop sensor is promoted. With the generally used programmable DSP chip, TMS320C5409, the design of the signal processing on-line mold piece is finished. |
