The modernization level of modern revolving mechanism is improving increasingly, and the configuration is becoming complex increasingly. So we need to concern the running state, technical parameter and working environment of the mechanism. But the simple monitor is not competent for representing the running state of the mechanism. Vibration is important information carrier in the mechanism running, and time and frequency analysis of the vibration has become a applied method. With the development of Internet, network plays more and more important role in all walks of life. Great changes have happened to data acquisition and monitor technology in the aspects both of content and form. To take advantage of the convenience of network, it needs go deep into the research and development that data acquisition and real-time monitor should use more efficient and more flexible schemes. According to this, this dissertation focus on the research of data acquisition system and real-time monitoring system, which apply in special places. The topic is carried out after I investigated and studied monitoring in rotating machinery equipment. By finding out the development status of monitoring in rotating machinery equipment, I analyzed its characteristics and its issues requiring urgent solutions, and took far research and developed the data collector system based Internet. The data collector system achieves the design requirements. The system of automatic on-line monitoring, not only able to make automatic online monitoring equipment state of the work, timely fault prediction, but also can be realized on-line data processing and analysis and judgment. The system allows continuous measurement, and monitoring all kinds of mechanical parameters. Measurement data can be stored in local system first, and in accordance with system requirements transmitted to the remote client. Multiple data acquisition system can be installed in the workshop distributed to the various local, and each system can achieve a 12-channel high-speed data acquisition. A number of system boards and remote client formation of a network, fully realized through the client's on-site real-time monitoring equipment.
