| With the high development of the electric railway, the importance of inspection technology for overhead contract system (OCS) detection increased quickly. Detection of the dynamic envelope line of the pantograph occupies an important position in the OCS detection. At present, the dynamic envelop line of the pantograph has been widely applied in the course of construction, operation, maintenance and so on in the electrified railway. Machine vision is a new technology advanced along with the development of computer technology, which has merits of security and strong generality, etc.The advantages of machine vision and the dynamic envelop line of the pantograph detection are combined in this study in order to investigate the machine vision of pantograph detecting and attain high speed and precision. This paper introduced the definition of the envelope line of the pantograph, summarized its practical meaning and methods and steps of the envelope line of the pantograph in the OCS detection. Then it illustrates the definition, tasks, development and characteristics of machine vision. According to the requested of the OCS detection and the function and structure of machine vision. designed detection system of the dynamic envelope line of the pantograph.The main content is as follows: the configuration of the hardware for detecting system, it introduces type and function of camera, lens, image acquisition, computer and so on. Camera calibration module in order to obtain intrinsic and extrinsic parameters of camera and determine relationship between 3D geometric position of spatial object's points and the matched image points; image collection and illumination control module aimed at getting vivid pantograph image; template match algorithm module can recognize the collector head's corner and bow of pantograph; envelope line module used to calculate the dynamic envelop line of the pantograph. Finality, experimental results are given. Detection of the envelope line of the pantograph software is developed with Visual Studio 2005, the software is layout according to module thinking. After running on the site, the system is proved to be rational and feasible in practice. |
