| This article, which based on the research of the automatic test system of the FSMR26 test receiver, describes the basic principle of the implement of the signal source's automatic test, establishes a test system, develops the software, and confirms the repeatability of the system.The hardware of the system is the standard device of the signal sources in our company, it is indispensable in guaranteeing the accuracy and consistency of the signal source values, so it is important to establish the automatic test system of the receiver. This article mainly focuses on these aspects:â‘ Developing the standard of the signal sources parameter;â‘¡Studying the means of the confirming the signal source accurately;â‘¢Automatic test;â‘£Discussing the different means of the enhancing the measure accuracy.At first, the principle, which the test receiver verifies the signal sources, is analyzed. The domination principle of the receiver and the signal source, and the GPIB interface techniques are explored. It is solved that controlling the output of the signal source by GPIB interface card and measuring the test outcome of the test receiver which has received signals. And it is realized that controlling the apparatus by program virtually. Thereby, the automatic test function is implemented.Secondly, the article describes that how to reduce the error items and the methods of ascertain their indeterminacy. The model of the tested quantity is established. Based on the operation principle of the receiver, technical index, and verified values given by superior measure department, at the same time, considering the analyzing the fact, the uncertainty source which can remarkably influence the outcome is confirmed, and the error source and uncertainty of the signal source factors standard is induced. After the assessing the uncertainty of the error in adjustment and verification and dealing with the data, the mathematics expression is given based on the standard variance of the data. And then the uncertainty of the signal source is verified, the standard of the signal source is established.Finally, some shortcomings in the close software are overcome, and the smoothness and scanning speed in whole frequency range is improved by compensating the output power of the signal source in stable amplitude loop with software smoothness compensation technique. The automatic test software is designed, and the database of the types of the tested apparatus and the tested factors is established. Then, the basic functions and implement methods of the test software are presented, and the repeatability of the whole test system is validated. |
